Welcome...

Spring has had a wee look-in already, followed by the usual cold spell and now onwards and upwards. I have once again come across a Vitamin like substance called CoQ10. I did hear about this enzyme a long while ago, but something else has come across my reading eyes lately: a report on the use of CoQ10 for breast cancer patients, who, to cut a longer story short, faired well on CoQ10, with two women clearing their breast cancer completely at a dosage of 390mg or 300mg per day, plus some mineral and other supplementation. The complete report is in Healing Today magazine. So I looked at Wikipedia and found how useful it is for other things: heart disease, cancer, migraines, breathing problems. It is worth having a google on it yourself.

The treatments for cancer like Chemo or Radio-therapy are quite toxic and damaging and to work towards healing dis-ease it is usually a good idea to work systemically through diet and supplementation and with more drasitc interventions, to use a much used medical way of syaing this, one always needs to watch for the potential damage they might cause. If doing Chemo it is also seemingly a good advice to take CoQ10 to off-set potential damage from the toxicity of the Chemo. Lots of food for thought, not really good to believe in rights and wrongs here, but to try and find what works best, with least damage.
